Freelancing from New Haven — experience?

I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 18.3%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider — New Haven sits at 895.1 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
