The median home value here is around $249,000, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 54°F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
