Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $151,200, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $947/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for New Haven? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
