Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $207,600 on average. Rent is about $1,301/month for a decent place. With a population of 6,341, New Haven is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
