OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $80,787 in New Hope. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals
- The nightlife scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options

- Strong job market in several industries
- The public transit scene is better than expected

- Summers can be brutally hot

- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Bugs and humidity in summer
