Top 5 things I love about New Hope

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $80,787 in New Hope. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Highland for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals
- The nightlife scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Good luck with whatever you decide..

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
