Longtime lurker here, The median home value here is around $314,600, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -New Hope sits at 94.6 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
