Cheapest neighborhoods in New Lenox?
Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,456 people. You can expect to pay around $1,244 for rent here. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
