Alright, Rent is about $1,303/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,199 people. Homes are going for about $234,800 on average. Household incomes average around $60,123 in New London. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
