Alright, Household incomes average around $60,123 in New London. Homes are going for about $234,800 on average. Rent is about $1,303/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
