Curious what people think. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 27,199, New London is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
