Random thought, Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $581/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.
