Couple moving to New Philadelphia from out of state

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $60,932 in New Philadelphia. It's a a small town city with about 17,563 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much manageable but now it's average.
