Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $98,424 in New Prague. With a population of 8,195, New Prague is a small town. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. The median home value here is around $323,500, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
