Anyone regret moving to New Providence?

Random thought, Household incomes average around $162,877 in New Providence. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,906/month for a decent place. With a population of 13,577, New Providence is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in engineering. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Thai.

No regrets on my end..
