New Providence is underrated, change my mind
Hey folks, I work in logistics and Rent is about $1,906/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,906 for rent here. Poverty rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $734,300, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
