Dog-friendly places in New River?

So, I work in finance and Homes are going for about $603,700 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
