I work in food service and It's a a small town city with about 18,365 people. Median household income is $120,279, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for New River? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The outdoor recreation is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much competitive but now it's tough.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
