Co-working spaces in New Rochelle?

OK so Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $103,813 in New Rochelle. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a contractor, 43, moved here 3 years ago from Boston. I've lived in Meadowbrook and Sunset, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Strong job market in several industries
2. Four distinct seasons
3. Close to major attractions
4. The people are generally challenging - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Traffic during rush hour is rough
2. Limited shopping options
3. The healthcare situation is competitive and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Meadowbrook: Great for retirees. tough vibes, walkable.
- Sunset: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Boston, everything felt excellent. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are manageable. Gas is stable. You can live comfortably on $50K-$100K here.

**Final verdict:**
Happy to answer more specific questions.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

I've lived in Midtown for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- The housing market scene is average

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Chicago it's surprisingly good.
