Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 81,591 people. You can expect to pay around $1,830 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
