Job market in New Rochelle for tech?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 11 years and You can expect to pay around $1,830 for rent here. Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
