Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $365,900 on average. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 31,212, New Smyrna Beach is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
