OK so The median home value here is around $365,900, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,638/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
