Co-working spaces in New Town?

Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $50,707 in New Town. Average temperature is around 42--F, so bundle up in winter. Rent is about $819/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 6 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are growing, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
