Hey folks, I've been here for 3 years and Rent is about $974/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -New Ulm sits at 60.6 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $974 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
