Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $185,000, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -New Whiteland sits at 48.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $89,196 in New Whiteland. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
