Living in New Whiteland -the reality

So, I'm originally from San Diego and It's a a small town city with about 5,641 people. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $185,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,221 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
