Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -New Windsor sits at 1,448.3 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
