Quick question about Newark

We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $1,094,200, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Miami it's challenging.
