Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $48,416 in Newark. With a population of 307K, Newark is a mid-size city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
