Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a mid-size city city with about 307K people. Median household income is $48,416, which feels on the lower side for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
