Hey folks, I'm a 31-year-old electrician and It's a a smaller city city with about 50,393 people. You can expect to pay around $926 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
