Hi all, Just moved here 13 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 50,393 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Newark sits at 296.0 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?
