Starting a business in Newark?

Hey everyone, I've been here for 1 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 50,393 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
