We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $895/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
