How much do you pay for rent in Newberg?

First post here. Just moved here 15 months ago and Median household income is $91,389, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value healthcare, you'll love it. The outdoor recreation is genuinely hit or miss and I've found it exceeded my expectations. My neighborhood (Westside) is stable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Phoenix, be prepared for the culture shock. public transit is completely different here. And Limited shopping options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
