Unpopular opinion about Newberg

Alright, Just moved here 9 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Newberg sits at 31.5 per 100K. Median household income is $91,389, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much manageable but now it's challenging.
