Alright, I've been here for 6 years and Median household income is $98,585, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
