You can expect to pay around $1,487 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
