Hi all, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $479,200, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $86,310, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
