Planning a move to Newport East -neighborhoods?

Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
