Things Newport East needs to improve

We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $479,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Cheers. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
