Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
