Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Chicago and The median home value here is around $331,300, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $63,365 in Newport. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading.
