First post here. I've been here for 2 years and Household incomes average around $76,091 in Newport. Median household income is $76,091, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 4,428 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
