Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2013. Homes are going for about $243,300 on average. Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
