Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $243,300 on average. The median home value here is around $243,300, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
