Is Newport worth moving to in 2026?

Hello, Born and raised here. It's a a small town city with about 5,185 people. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. Pros and cons of Newport after 15 years

Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
