What I wish I knew before living in Newton

Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $56,321 in Newton. Rent is about $828/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience?

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
