I work in healthcare and It's a a small town city with about 18,443 people. Household incomes average around $67,015 in Newton. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
