Honest thoughts on life in Newton

Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Rent is about $2,388/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
